I'm hoping to invite Scooter and Hal up from New England for a trip on the Miramichi that weekend, along with some local friends. It would be great if a lot of message board members came along and showed them some classic, classy NB hospitality.

I'm actually looking forward to the winter. Snowmobiling, skiing and ofcourse my new passion, "a one horse open sleigh", I'm learning how to drive my horse and am hoping to get our first sleigh ride of the winter on the weekend.
We're not frozen up yet as far as the river, but it's COLD here! -27 on Sunday morning. Too chilly to even think of the canoes right now.

Here's a start:
"A new paddling club called the Tumblehome Padllers has now been formed in the Fredericton area. The club is open to all ages who already paddle or who are looking to get into canoeing or kayaking. For more information on memberships or to attend an upcoming meeting, please email me at amosm@nbnet.nb.ca."
