We stopped out to the Tay last night (Monday) and i was TEARING. going to see if we might be able to do it tomorrow. As long as it's at or above the pier footing on the north side. Pete

So we ran the Tay last night. That river came down 10" in 2 nights. I was dissapointed that it wasn't up a few more inches as it would have been rocking. It was sitting just a tad above the pier footing. At that level the Tay is a LOT of fun, not rocking, but good fun. Took us 4 hours to run down to route 8. That was with about 1/2 hour of breaks and aa fair bit of steady paddling.
Looking forward maybe to the Eel this wkd to beat the heat ! Pete
