Any advice for put in and take out for an over nighter? Also, what about a day trip? Challenging water is welcome

There are long long deadwaters on the Magaguadavic, especially after the Route 3 bridge, and campsites, I feel, are scarce. The water is quicker past the Pomeroy Bridge, with falls (rips) and rapids, but you will still encounter long windblown deadwaters. That's my take, others may differ. There are nice campsites in the Skookum Rips area, especially after Scuttlebut lodge.
