It is open from the Marysville bridge to the 90 degree turn where it runs right into the route 8 Then its open to almost Killarny gas station.
I did see a canoe in the water but they were in a farmers field I don't think they were running the river.

Nashwaaksis is open. Some ice at the take out but navigable.

That 90 degree turn opened up overnight but I think there still is a bit of ice above that. I may go for a little run tomorrow or Sunday

I paddled the Nasis from Ring Road bridge to stone bridge Friday. above that there are numerous ice spots.

also a lot of ice below the stone bridge...turned into a four hour paddle on Friday....still a bit of time to wait yet.
How was the upper section? Never paddled it nor knew it was good. The wave above the stone bridge was an alright surf.

Saw a few folks & 2 canoes beside the river Sunday up where the 107 heads to Stanley from Rt 8. Not sure if they were putting in or taking out but it was a nice day for it! If it was someone from here, that was me on the green wheeler
