Troll the posts, search for names of rivers that you're interested in, in the search bar at the bottom of the page, etc. No one knows your skill level or anything about you, even what part of the province you live in, so you might be better off doing research. Or ask a question about a specific stream.
Hope this helps,
Ken

Well, I went on the Nashwaaksis Stream in Fredericton last night and it was awesome. Small fast, rocky, winding, a 2-hr. trip, so there's my contribution. Hope this helps. Let us know when you decide which river you plan to tackle, someone here will be able to help you I'm sure.
Best o'luck,
Ken

My favorite river so far here in NB is the Digdeguash down in charlotte county. It sources from just below McAdam in a big marshland and empties into the Passamaquoddy bay between St. George and St. Andrews. The river goes in sections of whitewater ranging from little rips, to massive class 3-4 and even a possible class 5 falls at the very end ( depending on water levels and tide). In between the rough sections are amazing stretches of calm glassy water. There are great put ins and take outs along the whole stretch.... I guess the hardest part to get to is the headwaters, as you definitely need a good 4wd with high ground clearance. I'd say the whole river is around 50 kms long. Just grab a topo map and spot where the rapids are whether you want to run them or not. If you do, there are great ones to learn on. PM me if you want any other details, I've pretty much covered this whole river and have loads of footage and photos... I'd even be up for a paddle! As long as the levels are good!
Happy paddling!
