Anyone have any trips planned for the long weekend? I'm thinking of maybe doing a river up north, possibly the Nepisiguit. Does anyone know of where I could find info on water levels needed and if anyone up there shuttles vehicles? I was thinking about going up to the park friday night and putting in the lakes sat morning. Mitchell

Mitchell, Early riser are we I didn't even realize it was the long weekend this weekend. If I didn't stay up so late during the week maybe I'd be able to do something on the weekends but I for one am looking forward to getting some rest this wkd. www.rivercompany.com/Is the link to Nepisiguit River Company. It's probably the most screwed up web site I've ever seen online but if you can get through to them they may be able to help you out. Call Roger at 877 548-5575 and he'll bring you up to speed. He offers an informal shuttle service as well. Mitchell, have you ever heard of anyone running the nepisiguit below Nepisiguit Falls? Check out the trip log on myccr at: www.myccr.com/canoedb/routeDetails.php?routeid=493Thanks, Peter

I'm looking for a shuttle service for that river myself. I'll let you know if I find someone, and vice versa, Mitchell.
You won't be able to run the whole river in a weekend, I'm siure you know that. A scenic two-day stretch is from the lakes down to Indian House above Indian Falls. No rapids, but really nice.
