Ha Ha!
I did a search on nuts Creek Paddle Stores and got a long list of links to porn sites.
It seems the porn companies tag their sites with the leading search engine queries, so that as soon as any image gets a lot of hits, they hijack the query text. This image is bait for porn sites.
