Did the Dungarvon for the first time ever. Water levels at Blackville were 1.4 and declining but got a bit of rain one evening so that may have helped. Water levels were fine for solo-canoeing and would have been passable with 2 in a loaded canoe but barely and paddlers would have to be very picky with approaches taken. Nice run from Ledgie Landing to Priceville area (Renous) but from Renous to Quarryville it was wide and slow moving with lots of paddling to make headway. Good fishing was had with lots of wildlife seen, including moose, deer, ducks, eagles, hawks and a solitary turtle! Would like to do the upper stretch in higher water.

P.S. Have some GPS tracks of the area if anyone needs them...
