The short story. After trying to find the highest place to put in we ran this baby. If you are looking to be alone on the river don't run it on a long weekend.
There were at least 4 other groups on the water some groups were 7-12 people I would guess. We all froze at least two days on this trip.
I thought the weather was not going to be that cold so stupid me I leave my wet suit home.
I would still put in this high again as long as the water is up
The drive in on the woods road is much shorter than the White brooks road.
All in all a good freezing cold trip:)
Water was at 1.5 on the Upsalquitch Gauge A little higher would have been better.

I saw you floating through the village on Sunday as I was driving down to my mother's house to split wood. It sure was a cold weekend. Love the pictures, can't believe you climbed the hill to get them though.
