After passing by this stream which flows into the Magagudavic on a few occasions, I have been wanting to paddle it. On Saturday, Kyle, Matt, Rylan, Hugh and myself launched under a bridge on the MacDougall inlet off the Nicholl Lake Rd. After a short paddle through the lake we entered the outlet. Its a nice trip with mostly short rapids followed by pools. Kyle caught some nice trout with little effort. It seemed he caught a trout in each pool. We ended the trip past MacDougall Falls at Lee Settlement and stayed here the night. The guage on the Magaguadavic read 1.7m on May 14. Much lower than this and you might have to drag over some of the rapids.

Thanks for having me along guys. I even enjoyed the little swim on the falls. It was good to be back out in the canoe.

Matt...It was nice paddling with you this weekend. Hopefully you'll get out soon again.
Kyle...are you still drunk or just speaking pig latin?

Kyle's worried about fish references I think Mitch. Glad you guys had a nice, safe trip. How does MacDougall Falls look at this water level? Everyobody run it okay?

Glad you guys got out to do it. I used to hike in and fish the meadows when I was a kid from the camp just below turnover rapid. Was always worth the walk.

Nice video as always Mitch, I'm guessing the middle line would've been shallow as well. At least everyone got a chance to practice their boat recovery skills.
