I bought a NC Prospector from these guys a couple years ago: Southeast Paddlesport (506) 379-1112 www.sepaddle.com4952 Main St Dorchester, NB E4K2Z1 Map it | Get directions I do not believe their web page has worked in a few years. You may also try www.amosoutfitters.com to see if Mitchell has connections to order you a NovaCraft product. Quality wise they are fine. My royalex was tough as nails but it was heavy compared to other brands. The SP3 material will be even heavier. The Novacrafts have a great reputation but they are not much better than most other brands. Figure out what kind of water you will paddle most and pick the best canoe for your needs.

camperjim,
Any reason you want to go with the sp3? It is quite a bit heavier than the royalex for very little durability gain. Like Jamie said, royalex is very durable and will last for years. Have a look at the Esquif Prospectuer 17 for comparison purposes. I am the dealer for Esquif in Fredericton and have one in stock if you would like to have a look sometime.

I could try to give you a review but it would not be accurate as the canoe covered more distance with me swimming behind it than with me in it. Jamie
