My father and I built one similar to number 5 last year. We used wheelbarrow wheels, angle iron and one inch square tubing. Canadian Tire had the wheels on sale, so I think we had about $30, plus about an hour welding. Another option is available from www.wike.ca. Or what about something like a child's bicycle trailer.

I've gottaa click that mouse and order the one off of EBay....
A well organized group started the Maliseet Trail in May 2009 with home-made carts but the carts came apart and so did months of planning.
I'll keep ya updated.
