i might try to sneak off work early today and do the south russagonis. probably late, like around 3 or 4. will probably try to make it a 2 or 3 hour trip. i drove by the river at about 1130 and it is running nice and high, the ledges looked perfect. anybody interested. 447-7604

i didn't find anybody to go paddling with on monday, but as luck would have it i met up with some people i knew from previous runs down this river. they had taken the day off and were barbequing when i met up with them. it was a good run, lots of beer, lots of water, a few swims and seen 3 other boats (all tandem) go by.

Kyle, Sounds like a great trip ! Wish I could have joined but work at work and work around the house are starting to creep into my consciousness. Too many wkds have been spent selfishly meandering down streams and rivers at this point so I'll have to spend some time tending to lawns, hammers, moving and work for a bit before I can join you Is it still running now do you think ? can it be done in an evening? Pete

this rain we're geting should pick up the level again. there are various put in and take out options, you can put in at the oleary road for a approx. 5 hour run , the bridge at the 101 for a 3.5-4 hr. run, the bridge at moore rd. for a 3-3.5 hr run, or the last bridge on the whitaker rd. for about 1 hr. there is lots off time for an evening paddle, when i put in on monday it was probbably about 4:30 and i took out about 8:30. that was from the moore rd. to the coverd bridge.
