May 31st - Ran the North Renous/Renous from the 108 Bridge on the North Renous down to the mouth of the Dungarven River, the gauge at Blackville read ~1.5m. Good run, very little scraping. The Renous is a pretty calm river, but watch out for those rocks when you aren't paying attention! June 1st - Ran the Taxis River from where it crosses the 625 outside Boisetown down to behind the old-folks home on the Miramichi in Boisetown. Another good run, the gauge read 1.3-1.4 at Blackville. I think you'd want a little more water for this one as there was quite a bit of scraping. If you are so inclined, it can be read about in more detail here: maritimeoutofdoors.wordpress.com/2014/06/07/renous-river-run/Regards.

You're a great writer! Enjoyed the paddling stories (along with maps of put in take out!!!) & read a couple about moose hunting in Nfld. Would like to do both of those runs in my kayak.
