Paddlers: Derek, Peter, Peter, Helen, Glen MagaguadavicWe put in at Pomeroy at 10AM and ran down just past turnover rapids. The river was a bit lower than I like, but 2.0 is still room for plenty of fun. We played on the first surf wave for quite a while, then poked our way down to little falls and had our lunch. Long rips are always fun, no matter the water level, and this trip was no exception. Fun was had by all, and no unintentional swims. Digdeguash (Wymans Mills) Put in is just above the bridge at Wymans Mills, there is a nice trail up to where the whitewater begins. Our takeout was right where the NW Dig joins the main river. Peter and I ran this around 4PM. The water was about as low as could be for good paddling. Peter went through the toilet bowl and I opted for the left run - which turned out to be quite tricky because the water was just too low for it. I ended up pushing some with my hands instead of the paddle to get down through. There are four main rapids / drops on this short run, a couple with moderate consequense. This run only takes about 30 minutes but it is sooooo worth it! I didn't take any clips of the Mac, but here is a little clip of our run on the Dig. Camera is pointing down a bit but this was my first try with the new helmet! vimeo.com/49118745
